During the days, when we all are stuck within the boundaries of walls and can’t roam around here & there unless or until it is necessary. A few months back when we spend 9-10hrs a day outside our home & dependent on outside food most of the time. This is the habit of us affecting our health or immunity directly or indirectly.

Somehow we are not considering the ill effects of eating junk & unhealthy food. I believe what we put in our bodies will matter. Whatever we are eating, drinking, taking medicines, inhaling everything matters.


So now when we are at our home, let's utilize this time to take care of ourselves and eat something healthy because at last ‘Health Is Real Wealth’


Today I am sharing few Diet Smoothies & Healthy Smoothies Recipes which can be made within 10 mins. These smoothies’ recipes will also be helpful for those who are looking out for Weight loss as well.


I know most you are having a few questions in your mind, So before sharing the recipes I’ll give the answers to all question:

Incorporating smoothies rich in nutrients in your daily diet will help you to control hunger levels frequently & even helps in filling fiber & proteins. Yes, effects will not be instant but this will fulfill the need for vitamins, minerals & other beneficial nutrients.

Whenever someone comes across thin & skinny, the first thing they recommend to them is to eat a banana. And nutritionist also suggests eating one banana a day. So it difficult to say banana helps in weight gain or weight loss.

Well, it depends on the quantity we are taking. If you will only banana, then you will lose weight. But if you take proper meal & 4-5 bananas a day then this will help to gain weight.

Green Smoothie




No. of ingredients - 6

Time – 10 Mins


Ingredients:

- 1 cup Yogurt

- 2 Kiwi

- 1 Banana (Frozen Banana)

- 1 Cup Spinach

- ½ Cup Grapes

- 1 Tablespoon pumpkin seeks


Method:


- For frozen banana :

Take 1 Banana, peel, make slices, and put it in the freezer for about 5-6 hrs.


- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it becomes smooth.

- Pour this smoothie in a Jar or Mug and top it with some Pumpkin seeds & fruits.




Oats Smoothie



No. of Ingredients: 5

Time – 10 Mins


Ingredients:

- 2 Frozen Bananas

- 1 Cup Roast Oats

- 1 cup Almond Milk

- 1 Tablespoon honey

- 1 teaspoon Flax Seeds


Method :


- For Almond Milk

15-20 Overnight soaked almonds, put them in a blender & add 1 Cup of water to blend for Almond milk


- Put All the ingredients (Oats, banana, Almond Milk, Flaxseed)

- Blend until it becomes smooths.

- Pour it into some jar or glass & top with some seeds & honey



Coffee Smoothie



No. of ingredients: 4

Time – 10 Mins


Ingredients :

- 1 Cup Frozen Banana

- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter

- 1 Tablespoon Coffee

- 1 Cup Almond Milk/Low fat Plain Milk


Method :


- Put all the ingredients in a blender and add half cup water if you think it is required.

- Pour it in Glass or Mug



Mango Smoothie



No. of Ingredients: 3

Time - 5 Mins


Ingredients:

- 2 Cup Mango

- 1 Lime

- 2 Cups Water


Method:


- Put the mangoes in a blender & Squeeze a lemon.

- Add water & blend.

- Pour in a mug/glass, add some mangoes & desired fruits as a topping.




Banana Date Smoothie



No. of Ingredients: 4

Time – 10 Mins


Ingredients:

- 2 Cups Frozen Banana

- Low-fat milk

- 5 Dates

- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder (for flavor else optional)


Method:


- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it becomes smooth.

- Pour in a mason jar, add toppings & enjoy


So these are the few quick recipes to make some 'breakfast smoothies'. It is not necessary to use those ingredients only. Smoothie is something which can be made with any fruits & vegetables keeping the proportion & balance in mind.

And yes, we are using frozen banana’s preferably because this gives smooth texture & thickness to smoothies.


You can use all types of nuts & seeds, veggies, fruits to make smoothies according to your likes & dislikes.
